Don't tell Lie : GOI is going to declare Sanskrit as a dead Language

Support the cause : GOI is going to declare Sanskrit as a dead Language. Share this if you support this. Here, here, here or here you will find the references of such incredible findings. I am sure that this will go viral soon ( if it hasn't already).
None of the above links or any link on internet gives any credible link to support this incredible claim.
Let's go through some fact about Sanskrit and its status in India
1) Sanskrit is one of the 22 official language in India. (India has no NATIONAL language)
2) Uttarakhand Government has its secondary official language
3) Dedicated universities for Sanskrit language.
4) Fully funded by GOI institutes for Sanskrit.
5) Scholarship funded by GOI exist for Sanskrit.
6) Almost every university (funded under University Grant Commission) offer graduate, post graduate and doctoral studies in Sanskrit.

According to various articles cited on internet, the GOI will stop supporting Sanskrit if less than so and so number of people found practicing the Sanskrit. This is unwarranted and unjustified position. How GOI can remove a language status when it is written in Constitution. The GOI will have to gather a large support from Parliament to amend the constitution, which seems unreasonable effort. There are more than 50 Indian languages which are already endangered list in India. And yes, none of this is listed the Sanskrit as one of them.

The academic studies have been increased for Sanskrit in recent years. Why don't we should give at least minimal credit to Government for that? Besides, Education falls under both State and Union Government. The tendency of getting so called "HIGH PERCENTAGE" in Indian parents has prompted many pupils to took Sanskrit as secondary language in schools and higher secondary schools.

This post is not criticizing the Sanskrit or studies in Sanskrit or GOI. But to deter people of forwarding such utter nonsense as I stated in the start on social networks and sites.

I have taken this blog as one in the series where I will try to expose the lies.
